This Undergraduate Diploma takes you from foundational business knowledge through to a specialised, degree-equivalent qualification — built entirely from courses delivered by London TFE and awarded in partnership with ICM (Institute of Customer Management). Choose your pace: a 12-month level can be fast-tracked to as little as 4 months of intensive study, or spread over a longer period to fit around work.
Year 2 lets you specialise in Business Management or Project Management before returning to a shared Business Management final year. At any point after Year 2, transfer your credit to one of our 14 partner UK universities to complete your Bachelor's degree on campus — or stay with London TFE the whole way through.
Every unit is delivered through a London TFE course matched to the ICM curriculum — existing, or newly developed where no direct match yet exists.

Every credit represents approximately 10 hours of study time. A standard level (120 credits) totals around 1,200 hours of learning — the pace at which you complete that is up to you, from a fast-tracked 4 months to a standard 12-month year.
Assessments are practitioner-focused and designed to be straightforward for working professionals to complete. After finishing a unit, you have 4 weeks (extendable) to submit your assessment, with online support available throughout.
Each unit is assessed individually — there's no single end-of-year exam. Once all units in a level are complete and passed, you progress to the next level or your chosen exit point.

Understanding the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) — how our Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes fit together, and what each one leads to.
Our qualifications are made up of the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) rules, which provide flexible ways to get a qualification. Qualifications at the same level are a similar level of difficulty, but the size and content of the qualifications can vary.
All Fast-Track Degree programmes are accredited by OTHM (Organisation for Tourism and Hospitality Management), a UK-based awarding body regulated by Ofqual, the UK government's qualifications regulator. This is what places our Foundation, Undergraduate and Postgraduate Diplomas on the Regulated Qualifications Framework described below.
These programmes are also awarded in partnership with ICM (Institute of Customer Management). ICM sets the unit structure for each diploma; London TFE delivers the teaching, either through an existing course matched to a unit or by developing a new course where no direct match yet exists.
The Level 3 qualifications improve subject knowledge and study skills, and prepare learners for undergraduate courses at UK universities. UCAS allocates tariff points to all Level 3 UK regulated qualifications. Please use the UCAS Calculator to find out more.
The Level 4, 5 and 6 diploma qualifications are equivalent to Year 1, 2 and 3 (final year) respectively of a three-year UK Bachelor's degree. Each level consists of 120 credits. Completing any of the Level 4, 5 and 6 qualifications will enable learners a progression to the next level of higher education at UK universities.
Postgraduate diplomas are taught courses at Level 7 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) — the same level as Master's degrees. However, they are shorter (120 credits) and learners will have to proceed to the dissertation stage (60 credits) with a university to achieve a full Master's or MBA.
Every credit you earn with London TFE Academy is real, RQF-recognised credit. You're never locked in — complete a level, then decide whether to progress with us, transfer that credit to a partner UK university, or pause and return later. The level determines the difficulty and recognition; how you choose to complete it is up to you.
Credit from the Undergraduate Diploma in Business Management transfers to any of the following partner universities, where students complete their remaining year(s) and graduate with a full UK Bachelor's degree.
A Level 7 taught qualification — the same level as a Master's degree — built from six units delivered by London TFE, accredited by OTHM and awarded in partnership with ICM. This Postgraduate Diploma sits at UK Level 7 — the same level as a Master's degree — and builds strategic HR capability across six units, from strategic HR planning through to employment law and business research methods. It's designed for HR professionals ready to take on senior or strategic responsibility.
Complete all six units and you'll hold a genuine Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma. From there, progress to the dissertation stage (60 credits) with one of our partner universities to convert your Diploma into a full Master's or MBA — typically just one further semester — or continue building specialisation with London TFE.
All six units are compulsory. Each is delivered through a London TFE course matched to the ICM curriculum — existing, or newly developed where no direct match yet exists.
